If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
